Since Pilates focuses so much on correct posture, it is best to have someone teach you so that you have someone to watch your form and correct you if necessary. Even though you may feel like you don’t need a coach with Pilates at home, it is still important to have someone to guide you during your first few sessions. After all, even beginners should be in a position where they can see how they are doing the exercise. without having to actually see the moves.
